‘Kosmos’ and ‘Massa’ cuts are mesmerizing and sophisticated techno. PVH’s remix of ‘Massa’ shreds some of the tense rhythmic muscle to leave an unstable undercarriage of delayed bass kicks and ‘Suunta’ adds a cold thrilling melody to frost any room it’s deployed in.

Art Bleek – The Real Thing EP [SHV002]
Second release on Sharivari Records, coming from Parisian musician Art Bleek. On the A side, The Real Thing is a funk-flavored masterpiece, starting with gorgeous deep chords and evolving into a funky and sexy house track, while Midnight Marauders is a straight P-funk smasher, with big clap, funky bassline and wild vocals. The B side features The Real Thing remixed by Swiss producer Agnès, who gives to the original track his usual magic touch with a building house rework. At last, Little Hollywood closes the EP with a hypnotic and minimal groove.
