From deep stumbling house grooves with piano stabs and a male vocal admiring´Your sexy moves´ and a Chicago Jacker with a repetitive voice on the A Side, to athmospheric dark techno with warped sound effects and breakbeat house layered with modulating 8-bit sounds on the flip, this record shows once more Alex Cortex´ skills to move off the beaten tracks in his very own style.

Ann Aimee goes darker and more minimalistic than before with this debut release by Area Forty_One. This unknown producer gives us his personal interpretation of modern techno. This double pack contains five solid techno cuts, filled with spacy and robotic sounds, together with one imminent ambient track.

The 7th release on Mikrodisko delivers the perfect concept for the dissolution of the antagonism between original and replica with Kassem Mosse’s “Musical Generics”. The two tracks on offer, namely “7pm” and “7am”, showcase two very different aspects to the German producer’s aresnal, with the former touching on the deeply melodic end of techno, while the latter offers a tense.
