D.I.E. – Break it down [MAP012]

D.J. Maaco is back at it again by keeping D.I.E. on the MAP! With long over due favorites such as Dutch Friends and Move Yo Body, this will be a 12 inch you don’t want to miss. Listen as he drops the bass in Break It Down and bring the funk Like No Other. As you already know Detroit In Effect are the knights of pure Detroit Electro/Techno and have one mission.
Dj Stingray – Electronic Counter [MCR00002]

Sherard Ingram’s Micron Audio label launches it’s opening foray into physical media, with his DJ Stingray name. This is a taster for his album due later in the year, four deep and dark techno tracks, proving that in the right hands, machines speak louder than words.
Cestrian / Perseus – Annihilator [FFLASH002]

Ali Renault dons his Cestrian outfit once again for some equally momentous movements for the Future Flash imprint. “Annihilator” surely ranks in the upper echelons of apt titles as Renault explodes into a frenzy of spazmoid analogue rhythms from the off. Spectral flourishes and bubbling textures keep it interesting and it all rides on top of a pummelling aqua techno groove. The aforementioned spectral elements are expanded on by Perseus Traxx on an eerie electro refix that displays all the producers’ talent for eking every last drop of lysergia out of analogue machinery.
