The 4th installment in the 61 Center Returning series is an all Belgo-Italian affair. A side is taken up by Peter Van Hoesen and Donato Dozzy, with ‘Dock’ a dense, psychedelic track, bubbling percussion works its way through swirls of oscillating soundscapes. On the B-side Lucy reports for remix duty. He provides a remix ‘Defense Against The Self’ with a solid dose of steroids, injecting cavernous kicks and bleeps.

John Daly with classy rooted house and techno tracks. A nice dubby influenced affair combined with Chicago-ish elements. “First Water” is a brand new collection of warm analog rooted house/ techno carefully shaped for your endless week-end.

Perspectiv Records kick off their 2011 vinyl releases with the ”Bribe ’em With Candy” EP. This is the debut on the label for German duo Motec and Daniel Gelbe under their production pseudonym, Eve White, featuring some exquisite deep house tracks.

Reggie Dokes returns on Clone Royal Oak, with 2 amazing tracks. Emotional and passionated house tracks, raw, unpolished music. Title track “Once Again” has received a remix treatment by two young dutch producers called Morning Factory. These guys show the same passion for their productions as Reggie, and they delivered a great edit version that added some extra energy to the original mix.

Unpredicatbles first release is a compromiseless raw killer maxisingle at the boundaries of filtered house and dub techno with thefull power of the analogue productions.

L.I.E.S. is back with another offering from the underground, this time by Steve Moore. He delivers two tracks of epic, heavily synth-driven, nu-age techno which shifts between moments of light, darkness and the grey area in between, slowly morphing as they progress onward.

Classy Dub House grooves from Session View for Enypnion. Both the original ‘Orange’ and the ‘Pressure Mix’ are carved with pneumatic hi-hats and aqua-swung bass and measured matrix of FX. The title tracks is more idiosyncratic, unusually pulling up the kick drum anchor a quarter through the track and leaving us in cold outer dub space with only a sharp hi-hat and absorbing atmospheres for the duration.

Excellent debut for a new Swedish label, with two fresh house tracks with a soft melancholic touch, sweet Detroit influence, nice rolling 909 machine and warm chords.

The second offering from Laak on their Austere imprint is another defined four tracker. “Back of Beyond” kicks things off, a sincere heads down jam combining Latin percussion elements with a killer bass line and warm chords. The second track, “Don’t Ever Leave” is a heartfelt lament on the feeling of loss, slowing the tempo down. On the flip, “Cosmic Causeway” offers something a little different although keeping with the warm pads, this time the use of a spaced out trumpet keeps things flowing. The remaining track “Cantankerous Emotions” is a little different as regards to the beats, but loses none of the soul and profoundness of the other tracks.

The first EP on Austere is coming from Laak, underground music for the deep heads, with a sound palette of warm pads, discreet analog melodies and vintage drum patterns. The tracks give a huge nod to Chicago, Detroit and the forefathers of the genre but remain contextual and fresh.

New compilation on Shanti Records including 4 deep tracks on a 12″ and 4 digital exclusives tracks. Tracks from Anton Zap & Djungl, Rick Wade and The Saint Petersburg Disco Spun Club.

Smooth and mellow house sounds from well known and experienced Moscow Dj Djungl on Ethereal Sound.

New release on Acoustic Division the label under the direction of Joseph Clark. Three tracks from Auto Delta Time.
