From the heady basement rave of opening track “Booze”, we are taking immediately into the relentless acidic “Brick Brick Brick.” On the flip there’s a change of pace with the broken beats and trippy keys of “Jareth”, before Sailor Mood round things off with more acid. This time on the deeper vocal number “Rumbled & Bounced.”
Johannes Volk’s second release on his own label Exploration. “Energy Field” is a powerful peak time bomb, growing with each passing second! The title track “Across the Emptiness” comes with a wall shaking sub-bass, stormy chords and a retro-futuristic sound design.
