The modest label hits us with five new tracks by Johannes Volk (also known from his works on Lifeworld and Jeff Mills’ 6277 label) with a heavy Detroit minimal feel, instantly reminding us of vintage Robert Hood productions built of only the bare essential elements required to move ones body.
