This year, we spend Labor Day on the Gușterița Hill, near Sibiu. More precisely at the monument, near the big, iron cross. With a beautiful panoramic view, local food specialties prepared by the Syndicat Gourmet team, local beer from 1717 Craft Beer and some summer music from The Hipodrome of Music.
Everything just after a lovely bike tour on the tracks marked by the local NGO Tură în Natură. The start point for the bike tour is at 12:00 hrs at the entrance of the fortified protestant church in the centre of Gușterița.
Our picnic starts at 14:00 and is organized as a buffet with local and seasonal specialties from the region plus a voucher for a tap of craft beer and three meat sausages. Please bring a picnic blanket with you. The event ends at sunset.
