One Electronica brings us more rough sounds from Northern Ireland. The seventh release from the label sees the debut of Thought Camera, a young producer from Carrickfergus, on the northern shores of Belfast Lough.
The EP is as diverse as it gets, with four tracks ranging from acid and techno to synth wave. It feels like Thougth Camera recorded his thoughts and projected a mental image of a post apocalyptic rave.
One Electronica returns with a blinding 12” from Samaan, featuring knock-out remixes from The Exaltics & Phantom Planet Outlaws (feat. John Heckle & Mark Forshaw).
The explosive initiation of One Electronica’s “1210” series comes from Ann Harbours D’Marc Cantu. The series will consist of one twelve inch and one ten inch vinyl. The extensive palate of sounds available on this pack range from slower ambience influenced grooves, outright “jak”, industrial grit pursuing to intense, pace-ridden, electronic mayhem; as heard in “Microdots”.
The third release on One Electronica is produced by the Superior Inferior and includes two additional remixes from John Heckle. Inspired by early industrial, wave, synth, acid and not produced to adhere to any genre.
