As a follow up to Tyson Ballard’s Feel Like I Feel EP, Voyeurhythm present remixes from two modern day legends John Daly and Legowelt.

Beautiful deep house by label boss Tyson Ballard. Tyson has covered all grounds on his latest Ep – ‘Feel Like I Feel’. “Charges” begins the experience as a slow jam with the essence of Uku Kuut or Moon B. The title track is an euphoric journey of lost love with long time friend Sheff providing hypnotic vocals and Linkwood giving his master stroke on the Rhodes, creating a highly charged emotionally intense atmosphere. “All Night” starts gearing towards the early morning hours vibe following into “All day” which rounds out the EP with a perfect powerhouse.

Falling is the second full release on the excellent Voyeurhythm imprint from Megadon Betamax aka Mostyn. The mid tempo poise of “Falling” is perfectly embellished by intricate rib tickling synth work, perma floating vocals and is further charmed by a dash of surf guitar! Former Tresor resident and current Auckland dweller DJ Raw Sugar turns the track inside out for a nicely dubbed beatdown rendition on the flip whilst the previously released Betamax jam “He Can’t Love You” gets a reworking from the rising talent LeSale.

A return to VR from Ben Sun, who delves into deeper territory on the original cut; emotive analogue synths washing over a roland drum groove and a swirling female vocal, all underpinned by a warm, rumbling bassline. The flipside features some heavyweight remix work from the prolific Deep Space Orchestra (Use Of Weapons, ART, Delusions Of Grandeur) and label mate Tyson Ballard teaming up with Vincenzo (Poker Flat, Dessous). Vincenzo and Ballard’s mix is a heavy hitting, moody take on the original, with subtle, dark strings and a growling, evolving bassline, while DSO round off the release with trademark fat drums and soaring melodic synth work.

New Ep from the Voyeurhythm camp. Label founder Tyson Ballard weighs in with melodic, analogue bounce on the original, laced with a husky soul vocal that climaxes in a hip shaking freestyle percussion jam. Sidwho? on remix duty and builds up a dark, steamy synth-driven dub, complete with snarling vocoder on the Late Nite mix. Ben Sun comes with a version that slowly unveils a cracked, shimmering melody over the top of his dusty drums and sub bass, as the vocal gently persists on the Dawn’s Arrival mix.

Lush analog disco from the enigmatic Megadon Betamax collective. Super warm live synths and a catchy falsetto hook on the vocal version will put a hump in your shoulder.

Part 3 in the amazing Voyeurhythm series… Two more spaced-out slowmo summer house/discojams by Benjamin Sun and Monte Carlo Interchange with even bigger basslines than the previous ones…
