We start presenting our favorite tracks from 2024. More or less in a chronological order we present here the fourth set of tracks.

The Maltese Sound Synthesis on eudemonia label with his trademark acid-infused Electro sound perfectly displayed in ‘Music Love Eternity’.

Great teamwork from Stilleben‘s youth crew Br. Beta & Kenneth X with ‘Doors‘.

Legowelt on L.I.E.S. Records with ‘Always Take it There‘ a hypnagogic lo-fi electrofunk that goes back to the essence of the Legowelt sound. Classic, murky, cold as ice Hague-style slammers from the king of Smack.

‘Maybe I Won’t Die Tonight’ is the second single from Oliver Decrow’s debut album released on Cold Transmission Music.

The Spy AKA Wessel Janssen is an electronic music DJ and producer from the Netherlands. ‘Hacking Mind’ was release on Slovenian label Kri Records portraits his signature sound melting electro, EBM and wave into a hypnotising dystopian soundtrack.

Only an edit master like Mick Wills can transformed an electroclash song into a deep hypnotic trip like this.

This one comes from Beppe Loda’s ‘A Italian Spaghetti Disco Freak Volume 3‘ released on the label Neptune’s Dispatch and it’s a massive disco bangger.

‘Cold World‘ by Tom Carruthers is the first release of L.I.E.S. newly established sublabel Risk Management Productions and it’s a slamming old school Chicago style floor burner.

‘Distant in Time‘ by Ortrotasce is tightly wrought synth-pop exploring grief, romance, and our strange world – which just keeps getting stranger. It is included in the Dispatches from Solitude LP released by Dark Entries.

After opening todays list with Maltese Sound Synthesis, we return to the Mediterranean island to meet Acidulant. ‘Sonic Expansion‘ shows his melodic side, including possibly the most infectious 303 earworm you’ll have heard for some time.
