Four obscure Italo, Funk and Electronic tracks directly from the Marcello Giordani’s 7” collection. “Zombi” and “In the land of Zombi” are two killer Dub Disco tracks released in the south of Italy in 1979 and produces by The Zombies. Enigma are from Germany, but released on the super disco Italian label “Out” the track sounds like a Space soundtrack with arpeggios and chorus from the grave. “Why O” is a 100% Italian afro disco track produced by Paolo Ormi.

Marcello Giordani – Disco Cutz [IDR003]

Three other edits by the Italo Deviances founder Marcello Giordani. ‘Stop’ is an Italian release from 1983 with 303, live & electronic drums, and percussions…a very Chicago feeling till the lead vocal starts so become very early 80s Italo Disco! ‘Automatic’ is from an Italian singer / soubrette called Patrizia Pellegrino… warm bass and synth pianos with a space/ flangered lead vocals. ‘P&P’ is a must for all disco lovers, taken from the break of Nightlife Unlimited Peaches & Prunes its a tribute to Ron Hardy.
