Oorsprongpark based in Utrecht, Netherlands has produced the first piece in an alluring work of soft pads, gentle percussion and playful melodies all focused in a Electro trip where you can hear an electro Old School, industrial synths and galactic arpeggiators.
Drenched in gloom and gloss, OorsprongPark’s soundscapes hexed our minds once again, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome back the Utrecht-based producer for his second release on Mechatronica. Dark Marble is bleak, gleaming and doubtlessly fluid, a sublime followup to his 2019 debut album Velvet Curtain.
“Should you still have any additional good fortune left, we have put together a second Aid EP, to help support the artists in our community and on our label, currently under financial pressure due to the massive amount of DJ gig and live set cancellations within our scene – and to keep the lights on in our collective, which is heavily dependent on income from event production. All sales will be split 50/50 between the artists and ourselves, after production costs have been recouped.”
