Trust’s anniversary series continues with its second of three chapters: Six far-fiction electro tracks by DJ Stingray, Dez Williams, Scape One, DJ Glow, Microthol, and Biepang continue the story of a human mining operation on 61 Cygnus e, a remote planet orbiting Bessel’s star.

Germany’s #1 electro project The Exaltics joins TRUST for a special EP: ‘Muted World’ shows the project at its most original, pairing subaquatic electro and electronica with acid touches and epic synths. Bristol hotshot Kamikaze Space Programme (DecaRhythm) supplies a sharp and hard hitting, AFX-inspired rework.
Samuel van Dijk (Mohlao, Multicast Dynamics) introduces his new project VC-118A on Trust. Four tracks of sparse and spacious, yet intricately textured techno and electro that are both a departure and a continuation of his acclaimed and much sought after productions for Meanwhile and Field Records, as well as his recent collaboration album with Delta Funktionen as Inward Content.
UK breakbeat legend Clatterbox returns to TRUST with two killer hard-hitting electro tracks. The remixes are a real treat as well, coming from the elusive Creepy Autograph with a 6min electro-step-tech monster and Pomelo Records main man, Dan Lodig, recording under his Lok44 guise.
New release from the Trust orbit: SCRAM01 combines cold futurism with a pulp sci-fi mood, cool Berlin dub techno flavours with melodramatic Detroit strings. Side A is a pounding acid trance epic by Vienna’s Patrick Pulsinger, side B has the slightly more melodic original plus bonus beats.
‘Misinformation Campaign’ is Sherard Ingram’s third EP for TRUST. Sherard Ingram contrasts his lightning-fast electro-inspired rhythms with lush synth melodies and glistening arpeggios, on occasion more menacing and dystopian moods gain the upper hand.
Microthol return to TRUST with a new EP ‘Supergravity’. Far fiction electro once again serves as a way point for tracks like ‘Supergravity Solutions’ and ‘Atlas Detection’, while the outlandish polyrhythmics of ‘Andolit Swaras’ prove microthol’s ability to create strangely compelling abstract electronica. The EP’s final track, ‘The Bliss’, provides another surprising turn. Working with Sensational, legendary MC for the NYC Jungle Brothers, and Dj Brace, Microthol deliver a weighty workout of industrial acid hip-hop.
