2025 Best Tracks part. 4 (of 10)

We start presenting our favorite tracks from 2025. More or less in a chronological order we present here the 4th set of tracks.

Abnegation Electronique‘ by Arnaud Rebotini Is a subtle homage to Drexciya’s universe, fusing deep basslines and hypnotic layers to create a pure and immersive electro experience. This track is part of the launching release of the Skylax Records Black series.

Swedish producer Sean Dixon with ‘Lack Of Control‘ on first vinyl release from Brazilian label Massa Records. Inspired by the sounds of Chicago and Detroit, Sean delivers raw grooves and warm analog synths, blending classic house elements with a modern touch, the track captures the spirit of the genre while showcasing Dixon’s refined production style.

With ‘Secrets’, Orphia dives deeper into the shadows, crafting a sound where cold wave and electro collide in a saturated whirlwind. Dark with minimal and sharp vocals, buried under distortion, balancing tension and nostalgia.

Nel buio‘ by Davide Lace under his Ascending alias is a subtle retake of Q Lazzarus’ classic ‘Goodbye Horses’.

Cititrax released the new project of Alexandre Gand, best known for his pioneering work as Le Syndicat Électronique. Emerging from the depths of the French underground, Another Body Found fuses dark electro, industrial, minimal synth, and wave into a sound that is both stark and visceral. With a focus on raw energy and haunting atmospheres, the project strips electronic music down to its essence – mechanical, hypnotic, and unrelentingly evocative. ‘The Lie’ is our favorite track from the debut album ‘Scooterboys From The Pool‘.

The pleather-dreaded post-cyberpunk of ‘Last Song Before Sunrise‘ by Black Light Smoke released on Tiga’s Turbo Recordings is top-flight blend of EBM, electro and Benadryl-soaked vocals.

Key Of Life‘ by Earwax is an effective dark floor slammer, a sublime blend of warm grooving Detroit schooled techno.

Compton’s own AshtreJinkins debuted on L.I.E.S. with the album ‘Left 2 Rot‘. ‘Electribe (007)’ is a Terrance Dixon-esce minimal techno psychedelia sitting in the hazy grey area between gnarled house and techno.

Swedish EBM hero Celldöd was back on Electronic Emergencies with an album. The track ‘Du Glömmer Så Lätt‘ is an electronically driven emotional bomb with references to D.A.F. and Front 242, a wild invitation to dance away our fears in this complex world of impending doom.

Jerome Hill delivered on Super Rhythm Trax some treats for the dancefloor, keeping things typically underground and raw. ‘What Is Houz?‘ is a special low slung House track with a classic ‘Chicago Trax’ feel.

More to come. Stay tuned.
