Heavy dark techno tracks by Rotterdam based Damcase debut on Tavares’ Bunker Records.

This various contains a dark, slow, atmospheric track by long date hunter, Drvg Cvltvre to introduce the record heavily and to conduct your dreams. Then, the break’ n’ experimental track by Goolyk is following on the Z side. About the Y side, two pure techno tracks for body & mind, between acidic lines from the satanic player Run X and some deconstruct music by the rAver Damcase.

Anom Valley follows Damcase’s recent outing on Bunker and positions the Greek producer as a leading light in hard techno. There is a rough, raw feel throughout this release for Bas Mooy’s label; “Delete Scene” is mired in distorted kicks and noisy, barb wire percussion and both “Rusty” and “Towards Them” resound to titanium-powered steel drums. “Interlogon” is probably the most extreme track, thanks to its grisly, punishing rhythm, but Damcase also has a funkier side. He showcases this on “Rn 45” and “X Gun”, where hypnotic electronic pulses, although encased in weeping layers of white noise, see him get his groove on.

Tar Hallow is a new label based in Rotterdam devoted in electronic music. First release on the label is from Super Unknown, producer Dimitris Damaskos (Damcase) from Thessaloniki and currently based in Rotterdam. The EP comes with four tracks of distorted techno in a no control journey where there is no need for so many mid and high frequencies.

Greek label Lower Parts presents andreas Gehm aka Elec Pt1, who gets remixed by Damcase and Anopolis.
