MK aka Marc Kinchen should need no introduction, he still is the master of the finest Dubs and Remixes in the House business for more than two decades. His 1991 track Strider remained an obscure Detroit Techno classic only for those who know and were lucky enough to get hold of the a rare test pressing of MKs first release Get It Right! on his own imprint called Masahiro Records which later became Area 10. However Strider didnt made it to the official release and was replaced by another track, as years gone by a video of this true gem caught a lot of attention and leaded to this reissue eventually. The track was remastered and comes with an additional extended version edited by Mojuba’s very own Oracy.

Vacuum Geometry EP is the first release of the 30drop project. Four tracks have been edited, to further on be understood as a conclusion of the experiment and evolution of Detroit Techno on one hand, and as a dark and industrial european Techno on the other hand. Strong underground tracks with a great variety by Simone Gatto on the Dutch label NightVision. The EP includes a remix by Santonio Echols.

Parisian techno producer Shlomo gets another chance to show why he’s so highly rated with the third release on the Right Sounds label. As you might expect, lead track “The Other Side” (808 Intuition) swamps skittering Roland drum arrangements in an intoxicating dub techno atmosphere – what a bassline – and this dense production approach is displayed fully as the EP unfolds. There’s something spectral hidden in the depths of the glistening “Grounded Queen” whilst the title track reins in the drums to a percussive shiver as Shlomo focuses on hypnotising you with his sound design. This aspect is evident on closing track “Theory Is The Worst” too, but Shlomo brings the dancefloor pulse to the fore with impressive results. More please Shlomo.

After making their debut on Dekmantel not so long ago, Italian duo Dario Di Pace and Massimo Di Lena, together known as Mephisto Frequency Oscillator (MFO) now serve up part two of the Future City Traffic EP. Across four new tracks they continue to explore grainy, dirty house that is variously soulful, funky or cosmic in nature.

Infrastructure presents VEX/DMO, three tracks from two of David Sumner’s lesser known alter-egos. Produced between ’98 and ’99, the tracks were originally released separately on 2 different 12’s, and now come together, re-mastered on INF-014.
