Gladio Operations continues its expansion into the electro universe and, with this fourteenth release, lands in Viking lands, giving Danish producer Krypton 81 his debut on the label. On this EP, entitled “Quantum Entanglement”, we sense a breath of fresh air in its three original tracks, which are refined and elegant. The EP is reinforced with two heavyweight remixes by Univac and Vertical67.
The thirteenth release on the Gladio Operations label bears the signature of the great Spanish producer Boris Divider. This artist needs no introduction, as he is considered one of the pioneering producers of the electro scene in Spain, and active since the 2000s, releasing mainly on his label Drivecom. After betting in recent years on more experimental and hypnotic sounds close to IDM, Boris returns to the pulse of the rhythms more rooted to the dancefloor with this EP titled “In Fragments”.
Gladio Operations launches its twelfth release, where the Spanish label returns to the various artists format. Opening the pack is producer and Distrito 91 label owner Fabio Vinuesa. Under his newly created alias Protocolo Sysex, he gives us “NottheFuture,” a powerful track with raw bass lines — a benchmark for the dancefloor. On the same side, we encounter Sinitsin. The Russian artist, who debuts on the label, leaves his mark with “Thinking Machine”. A track that reveals his enthusiasm for charismatic and effective melodies, very well sequenced throughout the track. The B-side opens up by an acquaintance of the label, Jauzas the Shining. This time he is accompanied by Foreign Sequence, and together they have created “Enter the Body”. A track of dark aesthetics, served with dramatic vocals, very characteristic of the Frenchman who, of course, never disappoints. Another artist making his debut is Italian producer Teslasonic. This fast-paced track titled “Chubby Bee” reveals a minimalist bass line, with subtle and delicate touches of the 303. The EP is brought to a close by another Gladio acquaintance. Igors Vorobjovs returns with this track titled “For One”. Orientated towards IDM sounds, the Latvian producer once again envelops us with a passage of deep and mysterious harmonies, which undoubtedly makes it a timeless piece.
Gladio Operations presetns a release bearing the signature of the German producer Elektrotechnik. This EP, entitled Kontrast, comprises three original tracks and two remixes from the Russian producer Larionov and label owners UHF.
Gladio Operations’ tenth release touches down with the third volume of the Split Machine Series, which bears the signatures of KafkaCtrl and UHF and marks the end of this electrifying trilogy.
Gladio Operations label presents its ninth release, with volume 2 of the Split Machine series, which this time features two new and recognised faces on the European and American electro scene, Greek artist Noamm and American producer Brice Kelly.
Gladio Operations presents its eighth release titled “Blue Binary Code”, an EP that returns to the various artists format and is accompanied by relevant names from the electro scene; Boris Divider, Igors Vorobjovs, Lectromagnetique, Francois Dillinger and CH415 aka Chris Morgan.
Gladio Operations inaugurates 2023 with its seventh release titled “Split Machine”, a new series of shared EPs, where in this first episode the producers Jauzas The Shining and Cycloplex go halves on the EP. The French producer returns to Gladio with three cuts which possess his peculiar and characteristic rugged sound. The EP launches with “Business Machines” and “Isla De Encanto”, two powerful cuts with aggressive and noticeable basslines filled-up with dark textures. Jauzas gifts us a last cut titled “Equation”, a nod to the EBM sound, where he preserves the same darkness as in the previous cuts. On side B we encounter the Spanish producer Francisco Aguado, who has recently released his first work under the “Cultivated Electronics” label under his new electro alias, Cycloplex. With two cuts titled “Intercepted” and “Acid Machine”, Cycloplex reveals his particular minimalist vision of electro sound in an abstract journey of excellent monotonous rhythms.
Gladio Operations presents its sixth work, the third compilation tilted “The Analog Theory” featuring renowned producers from the electro scene in Europe. Side A EP opens with the French producer Jauzas The Shining and continues with the Spanish producer Univac. On Side B we have the debut in Gladio Operations of three artists. First off is the Dutch artist Lloyd Stellar, followed by German producer Martin Matiske and closes with the young and talented producer from Valencia, Uranio Empobrecido.
Gladio Operations is back with a new release from the Spanish duo, UHF. The pack opens with the track “Fact Or Fiction?” and where UHF gifts us with a steamroller of a track, with vertiginous drops and well accompanied by a masterful remix by the Romanian producer Andrew Red Hand, which converts it into a more emotional piece and highly influenced by the Detroit sound. On the B side we encounter “Morning Glory”, a more atmospheric and enveloping cut, accompanied by a fantastic 303-scented bass line. This track comes with another great remix, this time by the French producer Jauzas The Shining, where he unveils a darker and deeper vision than the original cut. The EP ends with “Like Bad At Things” a theme similar to IDM style, with an effective mix of dark textures and melancholic melodies.
Despite experiencing moments of some uncertainty across the planet, the Gladio Operations label nevertheless takes a gamble and launches its third EP titled “The Dark Phase Experience”, once again opting for an EP by several renowned artists.
The record label Gladio Operations launches its second release. ‘War to The Future’ gives its name to the first series of various artists from the label, which includes four electro cuts, exclusively orientated for the dance floor. The EP opens with a producer from Barcelona Univac who gifts us with Station Cero, a powerful, devastating track resonating with industrial sounds. The second track titled Poison, bears the signature of the Ukrainian artist Lectromagnetique, a track loaded with excellent dark and enigmatic sounds. The owners of the Gladio Operations label, UHF, open side B with Unexplained Situation, a vertiginous journey wrapped in rich and deep psychedelic textures. The Serbian producer Alavux closes the EP with Sunset, a fantastic track with an aggressive bass line and significant and repetitive sequences.
