On the 19th vinyl release from Electro Music Coalition, the second chapter of the international blockbuster Robot Connection brings together four heavyweights: Dmitry Larionov, a core member of the EMC crew; Sergey Timoshov, known worldwide for running the Propaganda Moscow label; Rome-based producer and MinimalRome co-founder Gianluca Bertazzi, a.k.a. TeslaSonic; and the unmistakable DJ and New-World producer Ole Mic Odd.
Gladio Operations presetns a release bearing the signature of the German producer Elektrotechnik. This EP, entitled Kontrast, comprises three original tracks and two remixes from the Russian producer Larionov and label owners UHF.
Another Perspective is an electronic music label based in Seville, Spain, run by Rise Black. The sixth release on the label features three original electro tracks from French music producer Kafkactrl and three remixes from Alonzo, CT Kidobó and Larionov.
Snuff Trax is back on wax with with a collection of diverse acid jams on the third edition of Acid Trips.

Larionov debuts on Sheffield’s Central Processing Unit with the Space Threat EP. Larionov’s previous releases have shown off a musical sensibility which is both schooled in classic electro stylings and also able to reach for leftfield sonics in a way which sets the producer apart from the pack. It’s a vibe that continues into this record, a quartet of busy electro joints which are characterised by a brooding, neurotic energy.

Kwasir lands on earth with a full break ‘on electro EP, making you sweat till pass over, controlling the chaos on the society and ruling the way to new music flavors. Expect nothing less than heavy interstellar vibes and disrupted frequencies and let the sound drive you to madness. Comes with remixes from Larionov and PTHGN.
Although sound is his medium, what is seen is central to Larionov’s new 12”; I Want To Believe. After scanning the heavens, the Russian producer lands with six tracks that encompass a spectrum of electronics. A glistening dawn of bright melodies and murky basslines introduces “Morning Light”, crisp percussion adding balance and ballast. Aquatic lines and soulful arcs are at the core of “Across the Sky” before the bold synth stabs and rasping rhythms of “External Twilight.” Illuminating the flip is the sci-fi inspired “Strange Lights” with the eclipsing shades and tones of “Shadows” darkening speakers while igniting floors. The close is the future gazing “Space and Time.” Fluid strings, reverberating arpeggiators and vocoder lyrics are kept in check by incising snares in this superb finale.
Kri Records strike back with a cassette compilation under an appropriate name: Trust the Rust! Nasty electro cuts are served by LA-based Ole Mic Odd, Italian producer and the Gravitational Waves owner DJ Nephil, British veteran Chupacabras and Russian producer Larionov. The Electro part of the compilation is closed by the local Ljubljana legend operating as a DJ and Honest Work label owner, 198319831983. EBM-ish march is saluted by Black Dot, the duo of Christian Kroupa and Le Chocolat Noir. Christian has also joined forces with the Dallas and Science Cult native Aura Nox. NYC and wave EBM bangers are represented by R Gamble, Spinal is an up-and-coming producer from Chile having released a great EP on Pildoras Tapes, while Bianco Negativo from Marguerite Records wraps up the release.
First Various Artists EP on eudemonia with four electro tracks by Sound Synthesis, Hermeth, Caramel Chameleon and Larionov each exploring the acid side of the universe.
Hilltown Disco celebrate 5 years with a star-studded compilation of artists that have featured and helped shape the label over the past half decade. On the A-side of the vinyl we find w1b0, Wibo Lammerts who sadly passed away during the production of the record, and Ole Mic Odd, who offer crunchy, dark electronics, perfectly sewn together, producing two future classics, with their bass-heavy electro. Flip to the B-side and the record ups tempo, with the first track from Larionov & St. Theodore that showcases their slick, punchy electro productions, followed by a spiraling, hypnotic, machine-funk weapon by PRZ. The record finishes with Robyrt Hecht’s stripped-back electro track with classic Hecht, signature, captivating vocals.
Israel Padilla is back to his own label Banshees Records with “Control De Vidrios”, a darkness-embedded eight-track release featuring six originals and two remixes by Skelesys & Larionov. Expect a nervy combination of Electro, EBM, Industrial, Cold Wave, Electronica and Techno.
New Analog Concept side project focused on the local acid scene. The project was born after a forest trip in August 2021 and includes four tracks from the like of Larionov, Low Orbit Satellite & Esmi, Low Tape and RSN.
