Versalife aka Boris Bunnik returns to the Clone West Coast Series for more under sea level electro-techno. After his debut 12inch series Night Time Activities, here a full length album inspired by the horizons and emptyness of his home lands in Friesland. Accompanied by beautiful artwork of fellow Frisian, and one of Hollands most talented painters, Robert Zandvliet (who happens to have his atelier around the corner of the Clone Hq). His amazing painting ”Winter by Jouswier” (spread among the front and backside of the digipack) symbolizes perfectly the rhythm of the open spaces in Friesland. Especialy in the whitened more abstract and cold winter landscape thats almost synonym for Versalife’s abstract ice cold electro techno.

Versalife’s Night Time Activities part 3, with four more deep intense atmospheric electro techno tracks.

Versalife’s Night Time Activities part 2 is taking us further down deep into the night. Versalife is creating a setting with sounds radiating the midnight atmosphere that reflects the twin peak-esque life on a almost deserted windy dutch coastal island where the clouds rush through the dark night time skies projecting all variations of grey and black on the mystifying dunes. Futuristic electro techno tracks with emotive synth work created with exploratory imagination.

First part in the triptych of Versalife! Pure intense atmospheric electro techno tracks constructed on the costal areas of the dutch west coast.

Alden Tyrell and Mr. Pauli invade the West Coast of Holland in their Sumerian Fleet guise, hand-stamped red label stylez! This is quite simply one of the best new school dark wave records we’ve heard, utilizing the skills of one master producer – Alden Tyrell – and the infamous Mr. Pauli, to create powerful tracks. ‘Jenseitflugsmachine’ is a filthy big speed freak anthem, leather duds on, top off. ‘Smack Is Back’ is grungier, scared shitless with ghoulish synths and goth punk bass. ‘Blech Erkrankung’ is spiky industrial funk that just begging for some agitated yelping over the top.

Fierce jacking Chicago influenced tracks as only Legowelt can do it! Very much in the vein of his DX Days release with straight forward jacking analogue drum machines, trademark Legowelt string sounds and wobbly bass lines.
