We will have musical and culinary trips in Turkey, South Africa, Italy, Japan, Middle East, Greece, India, The Caribbean , Belgium or Romania.
Hipodrome is a blog born in 2009 in the Hipodrom neighborhood of Sibiu, its aim being to promote a music that is less known to the wide public. Hipodrome is a mixture of electronic music, new wave, jazz or disco from different places of the world.
#10 Musical Tasting – Yugoslavia:
We will listen music from the ex-Yugoslav area, post-punk, synth-pop and electronic, from the 80’s.
My Transylvania cooks dinner, Hipodrome plays the music.

Romanian Artists to Watch in 2019
After a good 2017 in electronic music, the trend continued in 2018 with more electro, broken beat, new beat, industrial and EBM, with new artists jumping on this train, so I’m curious where this will go in 2019.
On the local scene, in Romania, things are evolving in a slightly slower pace, but still in a good direction.

Hipodrome Podcast 021 – Scoro
Scoro aka Bogdan Scoromide is a constant presence in the clubs of Bucharest in recent years. He started his DJ career in 2009 by approaching an experimental style through various small locations in Bucharest. He was known for his rather difficult style, mixing electro-acoustic improvisations, modern psychedelic and free-jazz, later becoming a Control Club resident. This experimental approach was then channeled towards club music, and today Scoro mixes in his one style house, techno, post-industrial & jakbeat, all the time trying to create polyrhythms.
