The first release on Black Catalogue is coming from owner Monty Luke. The “Tomorrow EP” contains three tracks and gives an eclectic glimpse into what just what Black Catalogue is all about. The A-side, “Tomorrow,” is a sub-bass driven snapshot one of Detroit’s possible futures. “The Next” is simply a message. And the double-A side, “Yesterday & Today” is a Detroit dancefloor record that takes a filtered disco hook into a future direction.

C-Beams’ debut artist EP on Uncanny Valley. For “Strollin’” they lend the vocal talents by Tina Slotta and the result is an irresistible House-jam. Easy vibrant beats are complemented by birds’ twittering, warm keys and Tina’s carefree lyrics. Jackmate’s remix toughen things up and transfers the tracks with mighty Detroit- chords into a real monster for the dancefloor.
