After landing his malfunctioning PX-4000 on the purple planet, Captain DMX steps out of the smoldering cockpit. After barely setting foot on the dusty landscape, the Captain is startled by deep thudding from over the hills. Dragging his oxygen pack with one hand and his atomizer with the other, he sets off in search of the other-wordly din. Over the hill his pupils adjust to the stroboscopic lightning and below him lies a sea of strange creatures moving together as one body. A cosmic sermon takes place under the three suns in the sky, mechanical and stuttered frequencies set a manic pace and drive the dark creatures back and forth. Australian born and Berlin based producer Privacy debuts a fantastically coherent EP for Klasse Wrecks. Classic Electro structuring and Detroit pads mingle to produce a forward thinking collection of music that also nods to the past, included in the EP is a screwed up and slowed down remix from Hamburg artist extraordinaire Helena Hauff.
For a brief moment Hermans are cut free from their shackles and venture out from the black dungeon, dragging xylophones made from Kraken bones and drums fashioned out of reptile skins the duo summon a battle chant from deep within. Scores of allies join, endlessly banging the same rhythm relentlessly until the clouds draw and the red sun is no longer visible. A Basic Soul Unit appears from the murkiness and descends upon the racket, bringing with him booming thunder and electric lightning, a dark army marching alongside him. The massive beat continues for days, shaking all those that hear it. Slowy and steadily, the din subsides, the clouds part and the sun returns as Hermans retreat back to the darkness to wait patiently until they are called upon again.

Spacejam is an EP of demented drums, fiddling electronics and refreshing originality, all tracks contained within feature the signature sound of a studio obsessive and capture the many inspirations and influences of the Scottish born DJ and Producer.
