VA – 6 Years of KHIDI I[KHIDIANIV001]
To mark the club’s 6th Anniversary, Tbilisi club KHIDI announces a series of three VA EPs with tracks from its residents and artists closely affiliated with the club. It is Blueprint legend James Ruskin that opens up the first volume with his rusted loops and fizzing synths on ‘Kite.’ Yanamaste’s ‘Magma’ is then an eerie and empty dub that sounds like being lost in an old warehouse on your own. Tensal brings the rave with his hammering drum power and flashing synths on ‘Psychic Radio’ while Phase Fatale & Reka close things down with the jack-hammer beats of ‘No Esperes Mas.’

DT Camp 2022
After two long years, the wait will end soon and DT Camp will return this week on the banks of an emerald-green lake in the beautiful Lithuanian woods. Since our first DT Camp in 2018, we were always eager to return and finally this year we will make it. Looking forward to meet loads of friendly faces and to reconnect with old and new friends.

Fantastic Man – Alltogethernow EP [OYSTER42]
Esteemed proponent of outré dancefloor manoeuvres, Superconscious Records co-founder Fantastic Man makes his Kalahari debut proper. Having shown up for rework duties on a couple of occasions, we find the mutable oddball at his most trippy and esoteric. In fact, OYSTER42 is the handiwork of a producer who has his formula of balmy, lysergic dance music down to an exact science.

Förslag På Musik is back for his third strike on Sunken Rock Recordings in the format of a proper 7” inch double sider. In his charectaristic breezy style the A side moves around somewhere in between reaggae and dreamy synth vibes while the flip takes you on dubbed out excursion filled with heavy bass and drums.
Fiasko Leitmotiv – Humblekids LP [CBR017]
“Humblekids” is the first studio album by Fiasko Leitmotiv. This work is a journey in multiple dimensions of music and narrative, and even if its deep roots are certainly electronic, the listener will land in different atmospheres, different genres mixed together in new keys, with new meanings, all in a post punk environment. from a narrative point of view, “Humblekids” presents two main styles, one metaphisical and one surrealistic, and somehow the second seems to carry the first one in a mix of tragedy and irony. “Hanako” and “Balls” , the two singles from the album, underline the presence of theese two different but coexisting approaches, tied together in a necessarily sense, like darkness and light , day and night.
Christian Kroupa X LCN – Worlds Connect EP [KRI001]
From a Balkan basement comes an EP so filthy that we had to cover the record with a color photo. KRI records first installment oscillates between EBM and electro, ready for sweaty dancefloors and those extra long afterhours needing some “warm leatherette”. A well crafted five tracker journey is a debut collab by two veterans, Christian Kroupa and Le Chocolat Noir. Get ready for plenty of melodies, massive chords and menacing vocals spiced with an epic acid remix by the Mannequin boss Alessandro Adriani.
O-Wells – Moldoom [ORKL-X-96]
O-Wells is back on Die Orakel with his fourth transmission, called “Moldoom”. This 4-track séance is mainly made of uplifiting, spaced out electro tracks, some rolling along with subtle or acid basslines, lush pads and gently subdued detroitish chords.
Dj K1 / Dj Maaco – Unidentifiable Beings EP [PBX35]
Two heavyweights of the Detroit underground come together on this kicking new EP from Puzzlebox. K-1 aka Keith Tucker brings his famously repetitive sounds and rugged electro-funk to ‘On My Computer’, which bumps irresistibly as smeared sci-fi chords set your sights on the future. Add in robotic vocals and supple bass and you have an instant classic. It’s then to the Eastside of the Motor City for DJ Maaco’s ‘The People’ which is just as funky but in totally different ways; his laid-back groove is embellished with lush synth sequences and late-night cool that is topped off by a more seductive male vocal. Two very different but equally brilliant tunes.

A new EP by UK DJ / producer Controlled Weirdness lands on Cultivated Electronics Ltd (CE’s vinyl only sister label). On ‘In The Shadows’ he delivers 4 earthy and raw Electro cuts with exciting electronics, tough beats and wonky acid.
Tullio De Piscopo – Stop Bajon (Primavera – Michal Gray remixes) [MS515]
Napolitano artist Tullio De Piscopo’s ‘Stop Bajon’ was a massive mid eighties club hit and Chicago House anthem. His Italo disco, proto house, balearic classic was made for warm summer evenings, a gentle breeze in the air, beer in hand and smiley faces abound. Michael Gray has kept the downbeat groove and added some great additional beat production on his new remix.
Ego Neco – You & I? [TDE1211]
Obscure Italo disco from back in the WBMX HOT MIX 5 days. This rare and in demand vinyl originally pressed in ’84 finally gets an official reissue via Turin Dancefloor Express featuring original versions along with a new I-Robots remix.
