Stunning vinyl version of the full length featuring top quality house music not found on the CD release. Includes the first part of Ron Trent’s “Jungle Dream” remix, a Dream 2 Science mix, and tracks “Trip to japan”, “Saber”, “Use Me Lose Me”.

The founder of Hot Mix Records delivers a bangin full length to follow up his EP on Chicago Mathematics. Here he continues with more amazing sounding house tracks.

Finally out of little Britain, ahum, sorry, out of little Paxton, Mr. Rogers is currently thriving on his newly acquired medication of high-quality codeine, all thanks to the benign blessings of the pharmaceutical industry: His house is definitely jackin’ it deeper and browner than ever before, almost sounding like a Ron Hardy shooting up at the end of a hard day’s night back in the days of the warehouse.

Man of many identities, Steve Summers comes back out of the gate with his strongest and most dynamically engaging material. Twisting the formulaic pattens of modern electronics and finding the gray area where melody meets noise, where noise subsides to jacking arpeggeations, eventually pushing the tracks forward and opening them up. Through the chaos of the music there remains an enjoyable balance which effectively works wonders in a club setting.

Johnny Aux on More About Music Records featuring some strobe light house music with all the raw energy of early Chicago.

June returns with a second release on his homonyms label with Don’t Be Seen With Me EP. This collection of pieces is characterized by an ’80s aesthetic approach with protohouse elements, wavy synth lines and a general spacey atmosphere. If I were you I’d be out of the town, why oh why are you hanging around?

In the 9th release of Greece’s Echovolt, Simoncino meets the legendary vocalist Julian Jonah. The result is a shimmering house track full of emotions. The dub mix of ‘Where Did You Go’ pitches all of the track’s elements into a different level – merely a weapon in the hands of the DJ.

Fresh stuff by Chino aka Artur Oleś on the Polish Recognition Records. The EP comes with a Legowelt remix.

Ben Sun On Delusions Of Grandeur. Kicking off the EP we have the title track Your Footprints setting the scene with Benʼs trademark raw hihats, bass and 909 kick. Next up Ben drops the BPMʼs a little for a lovely, loose, lo-slung number known as Affirmation. A snaking analogue bass line provides the hook and sets the scene whilst a layer of moody chords build around it underpinned by benʼs carefully crafted MPC beats and vocal FX. Finally we have the Chicago don Tevo Howard getting busy on his remix of Your Footprints.
