Rio Padice – Strictly Grooves [HUDD031]

Hudd Traxx are remaining true to form following five years of success and are set for another quality release from the label, this time thanks to Italian techno kid Rio Padice. This storming EP begins with a foray into techno terrain with the excellent ‘Dirty Belverdere’, followed by superb beats and tripped out sounds with ‘Pequenitas Groove’. On the flip we venture into even deeper territory for the ethereal ‘Tool 3’, and Padice rounds things off in spectacular style with the explosive ‘Deathfloor.’
VA – Fractal Rip [ANT08]

Two deep and deadly jack sojourns from Echospace’s Steve Hitchell and Chicago stalwart Josh Werner! They’ve found a terrifically mean streak of form with this 12″, dropping the heat-seeking jack of ‘Fractal Rip’ on the A-side, built with chewed-up 303 bass gurgles and ruff-cut machine rhythms to help even the most uncoordinated warehouse dweller find their perk.On the flip they offer a harrowing ‘Preludes & Nocturnes’ version of ‘Introspective’ from Traxx’s ‘Faith’ disc, refracting it through Hitchell’s matrix of filters, delays, and assorted vintage FX until it emerges zombified and harrowed.
Miles Sagnia – Astrobiological Funk EP [ORN008]

New Ornate Music from Miles Sagnia. The A side is reserved for the lush, monolithic acid work out that is ‘Interplanetary Visitors’. On the flip ‘Bounce Theory’ sets its stall out with a future thinking, hip shaking house groove. And ‘Twilight’ gives a nod to old school Chicago, but has its mind out amongst the stars.

Tevo Howard – Dusa [BGR010]

Let be known that this is the 10th and last release on Beautiful Granville Records, as the label will be closing it’s doors. At conclusion, we are proudly presenting 4 versions of “DUSA”, which represents the beautiful soul of the music that we Chicagoans have loved and cherished all these years. Please join in our celebration of house in this gentle banger with Tevo Howard, who has great hope that the track will move you timelessly !
Thank you Tevo Howard and thank you Beautiful Granville. Hopefully this will not be the last.

Frigio presents ”Dream EP” by label boss Juanpablo. Featuring a remix by J.T.C. aka James T. Cotton, vocals by Josh Werner and a special collaboration by ArD2. It also contains additional arrangements by Rolf Martens and Ekis.

Mick Wills – Bleep43 Podcast 182
The House Nerds – Mystery Bells / Library Session No.4 [HN1201]
Hipodrome Podcast 006 – Mick Wills

Probably you already found out that we are preparing for the 1 year celebration and our special guest is Mick Wills [Nation, Minimal Rome, Gigolo Records – Stuttgart, DE]. This will be his second visit to Sibiu (after 5 years) and his first in Cluj-Napoca. Many words can be said about the man who started his djing career almost 25 years ago and has released his first EP back in 2001, on International Deejay Gigolo Records, but we leave the words to the only three Romanians with releases on Gigolo. Instead, we present an exclusive dj mix from Mick recorded live in Jena, Germany, on July 24th this year.
Enjoy and “Dance like nobody is watching”.
Lerosa – Last Of Summer Mix
Jay Robertson – Me Realizo / Like A Jazz Thing [BU03]

New signing by Chez Damier with traditional soulfull Balance and Prescription kind of house tracks. Warm, grooving and with jazzy keys, make vocals and a warm blanket of strings and synths.
2AM/FM – The Final Approach [CRJAK010]
Lerosa – MVSICA Mix
Dj Kaos – Horny Morning Loop [JOLLYJAMS001]

First release, on Dj Kaos’ imprint Jolly Jams, comes in the shape of “Horny Morning Loop” and it features remixes by Eric Duncan under his Dr Dunks moniker and Till Von Sein & Aera. Dr Dunks remix is a hands-in-the-air sort of affair with a killer bassline and a cool lil’ synth riff. On the flip Till Von Sein & Aera takes things to a darker, slightly more acidy direction.
Robert Hood – Power To The Prophet [MPM009]

Stunning new EP room the master of the true minimal groove. Infectious drum pads and an acidic twist render the title track unbeatable. The thundering kick and warehouse style acid line on ‘Power To Prophet’ will add energy to any dancefloor. ‘Clash’ is a nod to the old skool Chicago minimal techno.
Two Dogs In A House – Dog House [LIES002]

Debut release by Two Dogs in a House comprised of Jason Letkiewicz (Steve Summers, Maloveaux, RBL) and Ron Morelli of the L.I.E.S. label. Continuing in the tradition of producing old school analog house tracks with a twist, LIES 002 takes it to the more melancholy side of the Chicago and New York spectrum with brooding basslines and hand played melodies.
