Other Heights return to its split format to present spacy techno works from Huerco S. and Lenta. Even more so with its White Label series, there’s no agenda with Other Heights than to deliver fine, ethereal electronic music. To assiduously navigate the infinite pool of net-published material, stumbling upon delicious exotic gems—regardless of categorical boxes like genre or scene—to press in micro-runs and drop capriciously into the hands of like-minded aural adventurers. What is it that you seek, sonic traveller? To be led into those eyes-closed moments, to bask in sheets of dopamine-inducing chords? To become lost in the pulse, hypnotised by intoxicating rhythms and tiers of gently undulating timbres? For the time being, your search is over.

Sirko Mueller is back on Mojuba sublabel wandering for some new adventures. He delivers four new tracks from his vault, showcasing his love for deep techno on the A-Side and heavy reggae – dub influenced jams on the B-Side.

Pattern Of Thought speaks a believers language. It was created and processed with care. We experience time and our conscious emotions in a most individual space of mind. Our thoughts are formed by what we feel. Our own personal diary, the mind and heart guides us through. All tracks and sounds where recorded in Belgium with the use of hardware instruments and several recording techniques, from field recordings to reel to reel tape. The sounds of the album are kept authentically as possible, away from what was happening in the music world around me, it is a deepest personal reflection.

Limited edition label compilation from Echospace, Detroit featuring unreleased material from cv313, Deepchord, Echospace, Intrusion & Variant. 4 x 12” 160 gram mixed colored vinyl with full color gatefold jacket with poly lined inserts.

Second album by Fluxion on Echocord. The sounds, influences and aesthetic of his actual travels, expectation-journey-destination, alongside the music influences deriving from them. Through his prism those sounds, pictures, travels, emotions left traces of new directions, of future journeys to take. Fluxion captured the “Motion” in his travels with a different feeling each time. On “No man Is An Island” with the unreleased Dennis Brown vocal version, an influential song, with a clear message.”Desert nights” a kind of desert rock meeting dub on a road movie. “Stations”, a place between destinations always a felling of something promising, “Butiama” an actual place, where variations and consistency in rhythm is within people’s DNA, “Migration” a new start, a promising start.

‘Mid Blue’ is a soundtrack for the darkest corner of the warehouse. The square bass grabs you from the first bar and combines with cosmic sweeps to drag you down deep before the toms come in to add that all-important funk factor. ‘Broken Space’ is a beautifully playful track. The stuttering beat, organic percussion and melodic touches merge with the darkest of strings to create a sound rooted in classic electronica but belonging firmly in the present. ‘Restraint’ is a burst of heavyweight electroid futurism – rock-solid beats and alien sounds from god-knows which galaxy combine with a razor-sharp cymbal attack. Handle with care. ‘Red_Dust2’ is a huge, rolling tech-house rhythm, mixing the warmth of the motor city with the cold machine funk found this side of the pond.

Decoside delights us with a 12 “containing two tracks inspired by the legacy of the dub techno pioneers but focusing on the evolution of the genre! Reload 5 is a massive floorkiller based on tribal rhythms that moves on dub chords and ethereal pads, all powered by a fat kick drum! definitely groundbreaking! On the other hand we have Disorder much softer and atmospheric track with all the typical dub techno elements on the inside. The release is completed with an emotional version of Disorder remixed by Fluxion.

No comment is a platform focused on sharing channeled auditive and synaesthetic/ multi sensory perceptions. The concept was conceived to help the energy levels rise towards the transcendence of spacetime, entering the multiverse. The message is in the music, this is your last call.

On A Night In The Forest, Alessandro Crimi delivers seamless quality dub techno inspired grooves. Nachtwald opens with echoing chords and panning effects combined with a steady 4/4 rhythm, propelling the listener forward. Nebelwald is a gradual building atmospheric dub techno soundscape, immersing you deep within its floating textures. Waldlichtung closes the EP with a beautiful soft dub techno composition with light floating ambiance and textural crackling.

The new record to be released on Poisson Chat Musique shows a most personal, melancholic and sensitive side of Roger 23 in ‘Element 7’. The calm but mighty ‘No Solution’ on the flipside also confirms him as one of the most interesting dub-techno producers around. Just let the deep sub-bass, the serenity of the atmosphere, and the strength of the ensemble grow in your mind and body, listen after listens… Finally, ‘Ambient V’ is a kind of synthesis of the two previous tracks, mixing the smoke-filled abstractions of Elemental 7, with the dub-techno spirit reflected by No solution.
