The Xuntanza series returns with its sixth volume, reaffirming the collaborative spirit that has made it a reference within contemporary electronic music. In this new chapter, five artists from singular sonic universes come together on one record to shape a collective journey: Legowelt, Synth Alien, Vema Diodes, Irrational Language, and Sound Synthesis. The result is a mosaic of sounds in tune with the open and daring identity of Fanzine Records.

Fanzine Records present its 22nd release: “Heavy Mental”, the highly anticipated new work from the master of dark electro, Dark Vektor. Get ready for a sonic journey that fuses the raw intensity of electro with the depth of an introspective mental trip.

The 5th installment of the Xuntanza series of Fanzine Records brings a new gathering of 5 electro wizards as Plant43, Umwelt, Robert Cosmic, BombyxBlow and the Slit Observers.

Fanzine project presents the latest compilation Xuntanza Vol. IV, featuring tracks from The Exaltics, Robot City, Elektrotechnik, Acidulant and and label boss, Roi.

Four dreamy exoplanetary electro cuts from Nullptr. With a melancholic orbit, the mood of this EP is wistful and lachrymose, as if the sonar-HUD on our spaceship’s cockpit is over-bleeping at rapidfire; we’ve flown too close to the celestial object we sought, and have nothing left to do but bask in the bittersweet antagonism of space-faring victory and revelatory disappointment. ‘Exolon’ portrays some leftover remnant of trekkers’ curiosity, suggesting we’re still driven – motivated – on our quest to grasp said strange attractor. Yet ‘Sytasol’ moves sadder, locking in a grooved stasis through a mixture of fidgeting melodic acid and clappage. ‘Alpha Grid’ and ‘Gekko7’ hear spirits revive for a no less dreamy revolution about the sun.

There is some serious electro talent on this new EP from Fanzine, starting with Carl Finlow. His machines are in fine fettle once more as crisp, kicking electro rhythms are overlaid with bright, silvery, pixelated melodic fireworks on the sublime ‘Organoiods’. Hoax Believers get more gritty with the sheet metal snares and in-your-face arps of ‘Short Circuit’ while Sound Synthesis offers something moody and unsettling on their ‘Vertex43’. Univac will make your eyes water with the abrasive textures of ‘H Beat.’

Xuntanza is a galician word that means: The action of gathering a group of people to discuss an issue or have fun. And this is what it is the first volume of this VVAA series. A meeting point for great artists disccusing and having fun around electro music. In this first volume, four wizards of the science put their vision on this. Versalife, Cignol, Nullptr and boss label, Roi are the responsible to open the debate on this gathering.

Roi’s newest EP is titled ‘Pasture’, a play on words combining both past & future. The project draws influence from old school Detroit techno but with a ‘modern’ & ‘futuristic’ approach applied to it. The project is filled with bouncing & groovy tunes that are ready to shake the dance-floor.

Roi returns with his second EP for Fanzine Records, featuring two original tracks and two remixes from Carl Finlow and The Exaltics.

Known for his grainy, analogue dance floor hits, Hungarian artist Norwell has returned with a powerful and transcendent 4-track EP, releasing through Fanzine Records. Inbetween EP is a drum-heavy, intricate series of grooves and soundscapes that draw the listener in from the beginning. While remaining faithful to the tendencies of techno, this record brings something of its own to the table in the form of acidic basslines and retro Kosmiche synth parts, resulting in a stunning array of textures. As Norwell’s first release through the Fanzine Label, this EP is dark, it is foreboding, and with the unexpected turns the rhythm takes, it doesn’t care about your feelings. If you’re ready to be punched in the face by this sci-fi horror listening experience, watch for the release of this EP, Fanzine latest addition to their roster of tasty electronic jams.

Spain’s Fanzine hits double figures by welcoming Nullptr (the alter ego of British artist Eddie Symon) for some heat that has made him a cult favourite over the last decade. The man behind Cambridge electro night Motherchip Connexion and his own [d]-tached label invites you to strap in and surge through the skies with him on a pulsating journey that finds him tease real funk out of his machines. From sombre and stripped back cuts of lonely electro to masterfully melodic affairs via devastatingly emotional groovers, this EP does it all in fantastic fashion.

Four tracks out of the Spanish techno scene here – comes with contributions by the likes of Architectural, UnCUT, Eduardo De La Calle and The Transhumans.

Soulful, classic and futuristic tracks by Los Hermanos member Santiago Salazar on the dutch Fanzine Records.

Fanzine Records launches its third record, this time by one of the Spanish techno classics. HD Substance presents its own brand of techno in “Marriot Room 808”, based on analogue sounds, and traditional production and mixing methods.
With a long history and a large number of published LPs, HD joins the Fanzine Records family with this three-song EP.
