Hipodrome Podcast 020 – Roxxete
The 20th podcast from the Hipodrome Series makes a premiere, is actually the first female dj that has a podcast on our site. Roxxete aka Roxana Zangar is a young dj from Cluj, but she is making a name for herself for quite some years already. Her style is very melodic, strongly rhythmic, with great attention to detail. With a strong curiosity for the spiritual side of music, she believes in sharing her feelings, moods and beliefs through sound.

Hipodrome Podcast 019 – adub
adub aka Adrian Ban, is a known character in Sibiu, both on the clubbing scene, where he is present for years, and on the indie scene, Adi is the drummer of some Sibiu bands like I’m The Trip and Guilty Lemon. Since last summer he and Toygun form the DJ duo called Disconnected, a project where they mix and also produce together and organize parties.
adub is making his debut on the hipodrome in a few weeks, at a party in The Shelter from Cluj. Here is a taste of what to expect.

This is the live recording of Intergalactic Gary playing at the Hipodrome 5 Years Anniversary party, in the main room at Club Control, Bucharest, last month. It was a crazy night in one of Bucharest’s most effervescent clubs. You can hear this also on the recording, 2-3 glitches when people were literally jumping and pushing the DJ table and skipping the record or touching the recorder 🙂
