Underground Macedonian techno rebel Stojche known for his no nonsense vibrant and dynamic Detroit schooled productions enters the dolly family. ‘Cause & Effect’ is another consistent Stojche voyage, remaining true to his sound that stands for high quality techno with a heavy dose of funk and emotional content that simply never misses.

As Dolly Records marks its 15th anniversary, the label celebrates with a powerful new various artists release that distills its core values: timeless quality, emotional depth, and a dedication to house, techno and beyond that moves both body and soul. Carefully assembled by label head Steffi with the same precision of her DJ sets, the compilation brings together a diverse lineup including both longtime allies and fresh additions to the Dolly family. Fifteen years in, Dolly continues to evolve without compromise. This release is both a reflection and a statement of intent.

Earwax is back for another round and brings fresh heat for the Dolly TS series. The Italian turbo talent shows his wide taste in techno on his new EP, Upstairs Downstairs. Pure bliss with his sublime blend of warm grooving Detroit schooled techno vs. effective dark floor slammers.

DJ Agitated returns to the Dolly TS series. ”Horses of Volcanoes and the Moon” sounds as big as its title. Frantic vocal loops, deep dub stabs, fast paced strings and funky basslines, sky is the limit. DJ Agitated delivers beautiful techno for the soul yet again.

Dolly is kicking off a new TS series, focused on serious high quality techno in the widest sense. The first release in the series comes from Detroit dub techno specialist, Luke Hess. Dynamic, pumpy and melodic, deep techno bombs with super solid remixes by Portuguese techno talent Vil as well as the Italian power duo Fireground.

Böhm delivers pure dance floor action on Dolly with this solid 3 tracker. “Solar Cycle” is serious UK rave, deep bleep and slamming breakbeat dance floor madness.

Basic Soul Unit has become one of Dolly’s regulars over the years. He is wel known for his perfect blend of stepping Chicago house, Detroit techno and UK broken beat. Every release is guaranteed party material with a deep elegant twist that makes his music stand out like no other. Beautiful basslines, breaks and bleeps make this new Unbound EP a super powerful three tracker for serious dance floor workouts!

Dolly Dubs welcomes none other than techno royalty Dan Curtin to the label with four forward thinking cuts! In his signature, energetic idea-rich style, Curtin meanders from vibey electro to uptempo Detroit-esque euphoria, and from innovative techno to broken beat lushness.

ES-Q already successfully emerged on the scene with the massive club banger ‘friend zone’ on PXU. With his new EP called enter the system he strikes hard, again 4 straight up dance floor fillers for all the ravers dedicated to bleep.

Basic Soul Unit, Johannes Volk, Late Night Approach and Luke Hess team up for the 2nd Various Artist EP on Dolly. Deep Detroit rooted quality techno.

Number 3 of this 4 piece exclusive 12-inch series! All tracks are specially produced for Steffi’s Fabric 94 mix CD.

Basic Soul Unit returns with another deadly EP on Dolly, further investigating the thin dividing line between techno and broken beats. A-side “Wallow” is a menacing big room stormer with a delicate pad breakdown, with Voiski providing an alternate more driving techno version of it with a splendid melodic twist midway through the track. “Radiate” and “Joyride” on the B both have BSU’s signature rhythmic ideas and fresh energy with “Radiate” even going full-on Broken Rave! “Joyride” is that upbeat funky techno nugget that’s going to sit in your DJ bag forever.

Brooks Mosher, one of Dolly’s solid regulars, delivers another excellent high quality Detroit injected house EP.

With ‘Songs For Tova’ Dolly introduces a brand new producer called Afik Naim. This rough diamond was pulled out of a cave near Jerusalem. He has a cinematic experimental take on what you would call Techno but he is rather hard to classify to be honest. Exactly what we like, somebody who stands out with his typical sound pallet. Another perfect player on this ‘Songs For Tova’ team is the never disappointing Kassem Mosse with a killer remix to wrap up this high class 4 tracker.

Steven Tang returns with a second offering for Steffi’s label as Obsolete Music Technology. Across the three tracks, Tang’s mastery of his craft is more than evident, displaying a rawness that is often craved but not always achieved these days. The title track’s classic Chicago vibe complemented by the more intense racing “Voltage Player” and the cascading rhythmic hits of “High Strung”. Class always tells, and this Love Passenger 12″ has it by the bucketload.

This is Johannes Volk’s second EP for Dolly. Two fierce but club friendly rolling techno tracks featuring an epic Luke Hess remix. With their warm and euphoric chords ‘Hydro Funk’ and ‘Shadow Section’ will take you right back to the golden days of techno. Detroit’s Luke Hess on remix duties takes ‘Hydro Funk’ into even deeper territories. An hypnotic and melancholic, yet very driving detroit techno tool.

Dolly brings us two absolute wicked floorburners from the somewhat mysterious Compassion Crew, with this slightly tribal hypnotic feel. Redshape on remix duties takes things to the techy side of life with a smooth & extended techno rework of V.H.S.S.
