“I A Syrian Tongue” is Karl O’Connor’s first solo EP as Regis in ten years. Across these three tracks, Regis showcases a sound that delivers the industrial intensity of his vintage Downwards work, the elegance and swing of his Sandwell District contributions, and a seemingly new ingredient: something powerfully, irreducibly Blackest Ever Black.

Dino Sabatino presents two tripping drone techno tracks on the new label Outis Music. “Modulation A” is a dense, tense ride into a liquid atmosphere of a techno playground. “Modulation B”it brings the dancefloor into an evanescent state of ghostly fog.

New release from Mike Parker on his Bandcamp, featuring 3 industrial drone techno tracks.

M_Rec Ltd presents two original tracks by Giorgio Gigli and a remix from Terence Fixmer. Together, their approach creates something special and unique. In its original track Giorgio Gigli delivers the best of its hypnotic and psychedelic techno. A great atmosphere, where the ambient pads meet the dark bass sound. The side closes with an ambient session; a drone of pure electronic, dark synth, making the idea of the state of mind of his own individual unconscious. Terence Fixmer’s version is decidedly more rough, stripped of certain atmospheres, highlighting a more hypnotic and repetitive attitude.

The A side is a powerful techno machine with Zooloft’s trademark, a compound of solid and precise rhythms driven by a dangerous deep bass. It digs a mindblowing path with contribution from drones and effects. B1 is from Milton Bradley, who delivers a dark techno track in his own pure style. Sinister echoes move forward and backward into a tunnel, trying to escape from claustrophobic beats and surreal atmosphere. The EP is closed by a Zooloft remix of Milton Bradley’s track.

Donato Dozzy and Neel present their first teamwork on Prologue, under the name Voices From The Lake. As the name suggests, the project is dedicated to a lake in Italy. Their first release consists of 4 tracks experimental minimalistic techno and drone.

Strong dubby influenced tracks on the reliable Horizontal Grounds label. Nice drone as bonus cut on the b2.

A new release by Tropic of Cancer, the LA-based duo of Camella Lobo and Juan Mendez (aka Silent Servant). They make make raw, visceral music in the loose tradition of minimal synth, post-punk, industrial and goth, produced with authority and a supremely evolved grasp of spatial arrangement. Superb experimental edged & punk drone-rock infected cuts.

New mini album from UK’s Andy Stott, with 7 tracks on Modern Love. This album is an uncompromising and hugely absorbing work, by turns brutal and beautiful, from one of the UK’s most talented and criminally underrated producers.

“Time Axis Manipulation” is the eight full-length album from Swedish experimental dub/drone act Mokira. You can call this album and the music of Mokira electronic kraut, harsh ambient or the deepest dub. On the album “Time Axis Manipulation” Mokira again focuses on the beauty of sound. Sounds beautiful enough in their own right. Together as songs, Mokira brings rain to your summer.

Brendon Moeller, aka Echologist and Beat Pharmacy, will release his seventh full length album. “Subterranean” is a deeply narcotic listening experience. Subtly evolving atmospheres, hypnotic sub-basslines, reverb-soaked drones and lush vibrating textures abound. All elements possess their own pulse and cadence, but stay in sync to create an otherworldly sub-aquatic experience. The album gently ebbs and flows as exquisite modulations and articulations create a mesmerizing ambience that is at times as propulsive as it is passive.

Stark and beautiful.. an amazing new title from John Mendez (Silent Servant / Sandwell) alongside his partner Camella Lobbo with the one and only Richard H Kirk (Cabaret Voltaire, Sweet Exorcist etc.) on remix duties.

Ethereal avant-techno/breakbeats from an unknown US operator, backed with a sumptuous and extended Monolake version.

The final part to the Mokira trilogy. ‘Manipulation Musik’ is the darkest and most cinematic piece on this collection of EPs. Delicate manipulated melodies and melancholic strings moves in and out of a crackling and distorted soundscape, telling an experimental sound tale with a sad ending. On b-side Redshape makes a remix solely using sounds from the original.

The second part from the series of Mokira’s experimental dub/drone. Metallic bursts of sound hits like waves on an Irish shore in autumn. Kept together by a solid bassline and a fragile melody ‘Axis Audio’ is an excursion in beautiful sounds. On the b-side, Echospace makes you dance. It is distorted, it is minimal, it is raw and last but last not least, it is oh so funky.

The first in a three-part series of limited 10”s rewiring Swedish experimental dub/drone artist Mokira, aka Andreas Tilliander. ‘Time Track’ is the deepest of dub music and electronic gear has seldom sounded this organic. Rolling cords and bassline builds slowly towards the dub meltdown. On the b-side Silent Servant produces a rolling wall of sound. This is a high energy, metallic sounding dance piece ready to serve djs around the globe. To be played loud, not silent.

Downwards uproot a fine clod of propulsive drone noise from one Collin Gorman Weiland. He follows in the freshly trodden footsteps of Six Six Seconds to release a brilliant debut on the Regis-curated label. A-side ‘Price Of Leather’ attains a pummeling attack velocity of industrial rhythms and sludgy, crooked kosmische spirals and the flipside ‘Despair And Confession’ zones out to gunkjack machine throbs and walls of welting distortion.

Dino Sabatini on Prologue. Try this first part of our double release of the concept “Daughter Of Phorsys”. Deepest energetic driving tracks, monster baseline and loaded with hypotonic everywhere. Dark industrialesque & experimental droning techno.
