Russian producer Rambal Cochet aka Volta Cab, an artist very much influenced by Goa Trance brings three new tracks with a sound that captivates us to that time, adding New Beat and EBM waves close to ‘Valencia Sound’ and its legendary ‘Ruta Destroy’. The record includes an absolute banger: a Kris Baha remix to burn the dancefloor, as usual.
In “Post-Heretic Dracula X Chronicles II” the Dracula figure functions as a part fictive and part autobiographical metaphor. Dracula mirrors certain systematic (therefore also internal) conditionings and attributes in its whole ambivalent fluctuations. This character represents the complex relationships of a loving/living person in a neo-liberal capitalist system while oscillating between melancholia & rage, facing the preservation or loss of his love and standing in an alienated position towards the ruling order. The eleven featured compositions and their respective song names (both of them are riddled with references) playfully touch on conflicts between love, life and system-critique, without being too upfront about the subject-matter.
Somewhere between minimal synth, electro and wave is the irresistible sound of Raderkraft, aka musician / producer Willem Stinissen from Amsterdam. As cold as it is catchy and hypnotic, armed with pulsating analog synths, staccato drum computer beats and sampled vocals, Raderkraft takes you into a dystopian past, present and future. His third 4-track EP called “Dust & Debris” treats global world problems such as the devastating impact of drug addictions; the future existence of our planet due to climate change; the global widespread destruction by nuclear war; and the fear for terrorist attacks.
Forever lost single track from Caroline K real name Caroline Kaye Walters – founder member of Nocturnal Emissions, one of the best UK experimental/industrial music groups in the 1980s. Conceived at her Brixton studio in 1983 during the same sessions of “Don’t Believe It’s Over, “Mirrorball” sounds heavily inspired by “Blue Monday” from New Order, unveiling an unexpected pop side from the British experimental artist, here with the help of Beverley Ireland at the voice.
From virtual obscurity to the top of the game, Captain Mustache has seen a meteoric rise with a plethora of high profile releases and collaborations displaying his signature aesthetic. Ranging from electro to indie infused electro clash, his talent is varied and shines true with this brand new double pink vinyl 12″ LP on the American Science Cult imprint. With already stellar productions, some of electronic music’s heroes are featured as collaborators or vocalists including the legendary K-1 of AUX 88, Dave Clarke, dynArec, and Hiroki Esashika.

Fellow Frenchmen The Hacker and Commuter take their inspiration from the TV series, Chernobyl to create an imaginary soundtrack for their collaborative EP on Cultivated Electronics. They deliver three new punchy electro tracks that convey their love of vintage electronics and machine funk, but with a modern touch that will hit all the right notes for electro fans, with names like ‘Roentgen’ (a unit of measurement for the exposure of X-rays and gamma rays) and ‘RBMK’ (Chernobyl’s nuclear power reactor). The EP includes the added treat of a remix by MMT-8, otherwise known as Ed Upton (DMX Krew) and label head Phil Bolland (Sync 24) who deliver an escalated reworking of ‘RBMK’.
The first LP since 2008’s ‘Corresponding Echoes’ on his Sacred Rhythm Music, Joaquin Joe Claussell arrives on Radio Slave’s Rekids for ‘Raw Tones’, a nine-track excursion through the sound of his exquisitely soulful house music. Originally released on uber limited cassettes, the music within ‘Raw Tones’ caught the ear of Radio Slave, aka Matt Edwards, who messaged Claussell and convinced the legendary producer that the music needed a wider audience and, so, ‘Raw Tones’ the LP is here.
