As Dolly Records marks its 15th anniversary, the label celebrates with a powerful new various artists release that distills its core values: timeless quality, emotional depth, and a dedication to house, techno and beyond that moves both body and soul. Fifteen years in, Dolly continues to evolve without compromise. This release is both a reflection and a statement of intent.

X-Masters deals only in authentic underground sounds and Böhm keeps the reputation up to scratch with this new hand-stamped 12″. It opens with the title track ‘It Is Hard To Feel Good’ which taps into 90s deep hose magic with dusty pads and drums, ‘Healing’ picks up the pace with some hi-tek synth stabs that light up the analogue drums and ‘Material 1’ then has a deep feel once again with a haunting synth phrase and crispy hits. ‘Planet Purple’ shuts down with some pulsing, sonar-like blips and lo-fi drum grooves.

Third outing by Utrecht’s Böhm on M>O>S Recordings. As always, a beautiful collection of warm, jacking, bleep-y, deep house. Reminiscing to good old times, 90’s Chicago house, early 00’s UK bleep techno, it all feels very much at home on M>O>S.

Dreamy and old-school ravey moments that resonate perfectly with each other on this versatile EP by Böhm. Böhm is no stranger to the electronic music scene as he has made quite a splash with his latest releases on Dolly, Partout, M>O>S and Undersound Recordings and this outing on Eudemonia acts as an ideal successor.

Utrecht based producer Böhm is back with his second batch of heat on MOS Recordings. He delivers a brilliant take on the deeper side of house music, smoothly blending the iconic MOS strings with drifting bass lines and a spark of idm bleep techno.

As the first release for 2023, Undersound welcomes Böhm with 4 tracks reminiscing of the golden days of UK techno. “Light Transmission” opens the EP at a slower pace, gently inviting the listener to the producer’s musical world. “Solar Limit” picks the pace up with intertwined portamento leads, bass-line and pads. On the flip-side, “Unsolved Origin” continues the artist’s melodic emotional journey. The last track closing the EP, “Monarch Monster”, sees a departure from the producer’s trademark style with EBM/new beat influenced drums.

Böhm delivers pure dance floor action on Dolly with this solid 3 tracker. “Solar Cycle” is serious UK rave, deep bleep and slamming breakbeat dance floor madness.

Next up on Lonewolf is Böhm. This fresh collab will see the Dutch producer bringing two EPs “Leaving Earth Part.1 and 2” on EYA Records sister label this year. Intricate rhythms, bleeps and bass, emotive melodies and acid lines. The artist opens a portal to new dimensions, it’s a powerful journey into timeless music and deep space.

Four emotive cuts of Chicago flavoured, acidic deep house by Utrecht based producer and 030303 crew member Böhm.

Bohm (030303 Records) and Marcus Paulson (aka Kid Machine) deliver four classic cuts of quality house. Inspired by Manchester and Utrecht commutes, the EP sets the tone for future things to come on their Purewaxx label. Paulson and Bohm share a side each, both using the 707/101/303/106 to good use, layering pads, square basslines and deep moody pads and strings.
